The Isle of Man the largest and fastest expanding of Europe's financial offshore Islands, is situated midway between Great Britain and Ireland. The Island is well serviced for business, having one of the most advanced telecommunication exchanges in the world. Getting there is easy too, the Isle of Man has regular air services with over 40 flights per day to and from most major cities in the British Isles incl. Channel Islands, the major carriers being British Airways CitiExpress and British European. There are daily ferry and freight services to and from the Island to the UK.

Many leading international companies are based on the Isle of Man, and their diverse range of skills ensures a sophisticated and professional infrastructure. The Isle of Man Parliament "Tynwald" is the oldest democratic Government in the world. The Island has its own independent legal system, which is based on English Law.

Although situated within the Sterling monetary area, the Isle of Man is not part of the UK. It is a self-governing dependency enjoying membership of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (O.E.C.D.) and associate membership of the EEC.

The Island enjoys a reputation for financial integrity backed by sensibly constructed regulation.

Taxation benefits are numerous. There is no capital gains tax, estate duty, gift tax, surtax or wealth tax. Non resident individuals are not liable to tax.
