This company is a BVI registered Employment Business and Management Company based in the Isle of Man. The key personnel have a long and established track record in providing tax efficient solutions for professional contract personnel, particularly in the IT, Banking, Telecommunication and Engineering sectors. Working through the company can substantially improve your net disposable income, whilst also removing the ever-increasing hassle of running your own Limited Company and the threat of the Intermediaries Legislation [IR35]. The organisation will provide an alternative to your own Limited Company and handle all the associated administration tasks of invoicing, credit control, payroll, VAT accounting and your self-assessment. As far as the Agency/End User client is concerned the company, will take the place of your own limited company or previous umbrella company in the contract. Contractors joining the organisation will become employees. They receive an agreed monthly salary plus normal employee benefits in addition to which there are the benefits of an employee benefit trust EBT through which employees have the ability to receive additional discretionary bonus payments on top of their salary. Bonus payments are calculated on a bi-monthly basis and are based upon the employees’ contribution to the profitability of the company in that period.
The Agency/End User contract will, as you are aware, be with the company, and it is vitally important that the company is involved in the contract from the outset. Please ensure that the agencies details are included on the application form and inform your agency of the proposed changes.
*It is part of the company role to carry out Due Diligence on behalf of the Trustees of the EBT. Please see the notes at the end of this page for examples of suitable certifiers. Once your completed application is received the company will write to your Bank and personal referee for identity confirmation only. Credit references are not required. This procedure normally takes between 14 and 21 days, depending upon how quickly your Bank and Referee respond to our enquiries. In the unlikely event that, as a result of due diligence the references we take up are unsatisfactory to the Trustees, your application will not be accepted.

A suitable certifier will certify that he or she has seen original documentation, and that the copy document provided (which he or she certifies) is a complete and accurate copy of that original. The certifier will also sign and date the copy document, printing his or her name clearly in capitals underneath and indicate his or her position or capacity.
